Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to credit packs purchased on Quran Sheikh Finder, operated by QURAN IDENTIFIER. We sell one-off scan credit packs only — there are no recurring subscriptions to cancel.

How our credits work

  • Every signed-in account gets 1 free scan per day.
  • You can buy additional scan credits in packs (currently 50 or 200 credits).
  • Each successful identification consumes 1 credit. Free daily scans are used first.
  • Credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on credit packs. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

  1. Open your Gumroad receipt email, or visit your Gumroad library.
  2. Use "Contact seller" on the order or reply to the receipt email.
  3. You can also contact us through in-app support and we will help facilitate the request.

Partially used credit packs

  • 0% used — full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.
  • 1–25% used — pro-rated refund for the unused portion.
  • 26–75% used — pro-rated refund at our discretion.
  • Over 75% used — refunds are not normally granted, except for clear service faults.

Service-fault refunds

If credits were consumed due to a confirmed bug or outage on our end, we will re-credit your account at no charge. If you prefer a money refund, contact us within 30 days.

Fraud and unauthorized purchase disputes

  1. Contact us immediately with the Gumroad order ID.
  2. We will freeze the affected credits while we investigate.
  3. If the transaction is unauthorized, Gumroad issues a full refund and we remove the credits.
  4. We recommend also contacting your card issuer and enabling two-factor on Gumroad.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — most refund-eligible cases can be resolved without involving your bank. Repeated abusive chargebacks may result in account termination under our Terms of Service.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Gumroad. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
