Mushaf text
Quranic text is rendered in the Uthmani script using the Madinah Mushaf reference, cross-validated against the Tanzil corpus.

- Tanzil — verified plain-text corpus used for cross-validation.
- Quranic Arabic Corpus — root + morphology references for the word-level study mode.

Frequently asked
Are the tafsir translations the original works?
Yes. We display verbatim tafsir from the cited translation. AI-generated summaries, when shown, are clearly labeled and link back to the unmodified source.
Can I see which source a particular ayah translation comes from?
Yes. Every translation in RecitID is tagged with its translator (Sahih International, Pickthall, Yusuf Ali, etc.) directly under the verse.
